Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!
(Imagine me screaming that in the midnight new year's eve voice that is usually accompanied by confetti and fireworks)
I'm excited for 2014! Only God could know what's in store for me! 2013 was pretty jam packed with graduations and starting a new life in Sacramento, so I say, "Bring it on new year! Show me whatcha got!"
I've seen so many posts about making resolutions, but my only real  resolution is the one I want myself to live out daily: love others well and in return be loved well.
It's funny how this time last year I had absolutely no clue what would lay ahead in the upcoming school year,  and this year is no different.  I'm not sure what I'll be doing when the clock strikes midnight this time next year, but I have faith that God has way better plans for me than I could ever think of on my own.

Surprising Nola at her birthday dinner!
Here's to a great year! Glad I got to bring it in in my favorite city with some of my favorite people! Wish I could have spent more time in Austin, but the time that was spent there was excellent! I got to see Jess the Best, run all over campus with Jeanan, spend my day battling the insane additional percent off the already on sale merchandise shopping and playing with puppies with Savanna and Shannon, surprise Nola at her birthday dinner, spin under the Zilker tree with my favorite cousin ( note: My Unlce Norz says anyone who goes to the Zilker Tree and does not spin, has no soul) visit with my aunt and uncle, see Christina and Jamie, and last but not least, ring in the new year with my old roomies on the infamous sixth street! :)
Cheers!

  1. Hope you will be able to visit High Pine Ranch sometime in 2014. A few days there completely rejuvenates the soul! :)
